Nick Allen batted .221 with 11 doubles, 32 runs, 22 RBIs and eight stolen bases in 135 games with the Braves in 2025. He was a finalist for the NL Gold Glove Award at shortstop this season after ranking fourth in Outs Above Average (17) in the NL.

According to @mlbtraderumors, Nick Allen is projected to make $1.5 million in arbitration this winter. Mauricio Dubón is projected to make $5.8 million. This is a money-saving swap for the Astros.
