Javier hit 95 mph in a 35-pitch rehab outing in the FCL on July 12 and could be the first of the Astros' pitchers to come off the IL, GM Dana Brown told KBME-AM.

Cristian Javier and Spencer Arrighetti are both expected to return in August.
